Hay Festival runs 21st – 31st May with talks, film screenings, classical music and more. There’s still time to book your tickets. The Festival site is completely free to enter. Drop in for a coffee, browse the Bookshop and market stalls, enjoy free BBC recordings, then book individual tickets for the events that interest you.

The pinnacle event in the British agricultural calendar, the Royal Welsh Show returns to the showground in Llanelwedd, Builth Wells from Monday 20th - Thursday 23rd July 2026. Each year, thousands of visitors flock to the heart of Mid-Wales to celebrate the very best of Welsh and British agriculture.
