Ludlow Photographic Club Annual Exhibition

Ludlow Photographic Club Exhibition

Ludlow Photographic Club is delighted to present its annual exhibition in the Lady Chapel at St Laurence’s Church from Saturday 6th to Sunday 21st June.

Now in its fourth year, the exhibition will feature work by club members covering a range of genres including landscape and sport, wildlife and architecture. A popular feature of the exhibition is voting for your favourite image... the last two years have seen wildlife photos prove the most popular, with the photograph above, ‘A Slight Disagreement’ by Brian Dean, taking the honours last year.

The club holds meetings fortnightly, where there is an opportunity to learn from a wide range of visiting (often award-winning) specialist speakers, to hear critique of your work from experienced judges at our competitions (whose opinions usually generate much discussion in the pub afterwards), and to contribute your skills and knowledge for the benefit of others.

We also organise monthly photo-meets around the area and once or twice a year, travel further afield for three or four days, having recently returned from a trip to the Netherlands. We’re a friendly and sociable group, with a good mix of ability and camera preferences including film, DSLR and phone. Whatever the camera, it’s the photo that counts! So come and see just what we get up to at the exhibition… we’d love to see you there! For more information please visit www.ludlow-photographic-club.org.uk.
